Coronavirus – COVID-19 Update.

In line with Government advice and measures for Social Distancing our Physical office remains shut to the Public until further notice.

Online ordering is still available, keeping our staff and customers safe is our top priority and all of our staff that can are working from home at this time.  We have bare minimum staff at our uk base who are working on your orders and projects, I would like to thank them and say that they are handling this admirably.

Most deliveries of services such as web design, logo creation or SEO are still arriving within normal time frames, however this is a fast moving situation and some areas may be experiencing a slight delay in the arrival of services due to illness this is why a stand in account manager will  be assigned with every project going forwards.

Most services provided are now being handled “contact free” we can not provide a face to face service but are open for live chat via our website you will not need to register or log in to contact us.  Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you.

We continue to monitor the situation and will post more information as it becomes available.  We are monitoring the Government Guidance and rest assured we will act immediately on any new information.

Orders for websites and logo designs are currently being completed from our homes as normal. Deliveries in the UK are currently being delivered normally and we are unaware of any delays.
